• No behavioural advertising or ad networks.

We cannot and do not build profiles of our visitors. Browsing this website leaves no data trail with us.

Our contact form is powered by Formspark (formspark.io), a third-party form delivery service. When you submit the form, your submission is transmitted through Formspark's servers and forwarded to us.

This means your name, email address and message are processed by Formspark as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Formspark's privacy policy before submitting. We do not control Formspark's handling of data during transmission.

If you contact us, we use your message only to:

• Read and respond to your submission or question.
• Publish your story, photo or contribution if you asked us to consider it — and only after any agreed editing, and only with the level of credit you chose (full name, first name, initials or anonymous).
• Contact you if we need clarification about your submission.

We will never sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with anyone, and we will never add you to mailing lists or send you marketing messages.

6. Data Retention

We keep form submissions only for as long as needed to handle them — answering your message, considering your contribution or resolving a concern. Messages that require no further action may be deleted. If your submission is published, only the content you approved for publication (with your chosen credit) appears on the website.

7. Your Rights Over Your Data

You have full control over anything you have sent us. At any time you may ask us to:

• Tell you what information from your submissions we currently hold.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it entirely.
• Remove or anonymise any published story, photo credit or contribution attributed to you.

This website is intended for college students, alumni and community members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because this website collects almost nothing, there is very little to protect. Submissions travel over encrypted HTTPS connections and are handled by us solely for the purposes described above. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted through third-party services such as Formspark.
